Experience. Empathy. Execution.
I’m Isabelle Fichtl, the person behind INTIVO. For more than four years, I’ve planned and operated international company retreats and offsites across the world, including Italy, Croatia, Japan, Thailand, Costa Rica and New Zealand.
My experience ranges from small team retreats to international retreats with 180+ participants. My background in operations shapes how I work: thoughtful planning, attention to detail and staying calm when plans change.
From destination to departure, my goal is to make the experience feel effortless for your team while everything behind the scenes is taken care of.
